In mid summer when it’s the hottest and humidity is high my unit will leak a lot of water from the unit which will usually soak the filter and puddle the water that eventually begins to saturate the surrounding drywall. I understand the whole condensation explanation and even checked the pvc drain pipe for clogs, but still can’t figure out why so much water collects under my unit.
