It fits. It does it’s job. Water’s clean and tastes good. It’s a water filter.

Filter has no equal as to its effectiveness, which is well up to almost 100%, purifying water from an incredible
list of toxic chemicals. Filtered water gets way purer that any water you might buy in stores, at very steep price.
However, even with these considerations I feel that its cost is way too high for a water filter that needs to
be replaced every 6 months at the longest, and keeps increasing every time I have to buy a new one.
Amazon’s, I must say, is just about the lowest price you may find around.
The fact is nevertheless that this particular filter has no substitutes, and though very expensive, is the only
commercially available one giving you assurance that the water you drink has become as pure as it can be.
Additionally, if you are an Espresso lover like I am, well then you know that to make good espresso, pure and
taste free water is an essential ingredient and there can be no compromise.

We are extremely happy with the purchase made through Amazon. Delivery was fast, shipping was free and the price point was considerably below that offered by the Maytag reminder notice offer. Lesson learned, check alternatives before acting on reminder offers.
