I was pretty disappointed after trying my new shower filter today. The water pressure was significantly diminished from using the filter. I normally take pretty long showers, and now it’s going to take twice as long to shower since it will take 10 hours to rinse the conditioner out of my hair. What a hassle!

I haven’t bought this product yet, but looking for a shower filter. I have an issue with the fact that I still can’t find that “Cosmetology Today Magazine” anywhere on the net.
And we all know that Consumer Reports reviews are biased.
Plus it is not NSF/ANSI Certified… Hum?!?

Filtering the water in my shower using the Aquasana Shower Filter did nothing for me except for make my sensitive skin itchier and drier. The directions were clear & the installation was easy (so the product gets 1 star for that) and the shower head made the water pressure feel nicer (so 1 more star for that). I ended up taking the shower filter out of the shower within 1 week of use and found that I have fewer problems without it. Nice idea but did not work for me.
