I used this to replace the cabin air filter on my 2007 Toytota 4Runner. After an online search, I found Amazon to offer the best price on it. I’ve had it installed for about one month and it seems to be filtering out the outside world well. When its time for a new one, I’m planning on getting another. I gave this four stars, because after all its an air filter and I’m generally not a five star giver.

When the Toyota Dealership told me they were going to charge me $60 to replace the cabin air filter, I laughed in their face.
I knew I can get it here on Amazon for $15, and it took me all of 5 minutes to change it on my own. And this one with the baking soda in the mesh should work MUCH better than the OEM one, which tends to stink up after a few months.
The next time I take my car to the stealership for maintenance I can’t do myself, they will see that I changed the cabin filter and won’t pester me to pay them $60 to do it anymore. Ha.

Like another reviewer here, I avoid Fram products, especially their oil filters. However, the stock cabin air filter for my vehicle is really inferior and I thought I’d give this Fram unit a try. It is quite good and filters the cabin air much better than the stock filter. I’ve had it installed for a short time so we’ll see how it holds up. I would buy it again.

The Fram Fresh Breeze Cabin Air Filter did what it was marketed to do.I installed the filter part# CF9846A for my 2007 Toyota Limited 4runner and made a great difference in air quality.The original filter was quite dirty and restricted clean air from entering the vents.The new Fram filter took not more than 2 minutes to install.Highly recommend this product.
