If you are talking about something like cool aid then the answer is no. Water filters are only designed to filter water, the bad stuff in normal tap water is present in concentrations of less than 1 part per 100,000 and is usually more in the range of 1part per 1,000,000. A water filter is usually every efficient at removing organics and chlorine but they don’t have much capacity so a really concentrated solution is going to pass through the filter without getting cleaned.

I have heard that this is possible. Someone I know pours cheap Vodka through a Brita water filter and supposedly it comes out like the expensive stuff because the impurities are removed (but it’s still vodka).

Pouring juice through a filter will not turn it into water.

    I hope this helps!
